What to expect
No two sessions are ever quite the same!
Classic nursery rhymes and action songs chosen for maximum wiggles, giggles and participation from even the tiniest guests.
Abby includes baby signing to favourite nursery rhymes.
Swirling, floating, peek-a-boo — sensory play that gets every baby and toddler engaged and exploring.
Favourite picture books are brought to life with props, voices and interactive moments that keep little minds captivated.
The science bit
The songs you sing with your baby do more than fill the room with noise (though there is plenty of that).
Research consistently shows that regular exposure to rhythm, repetition and rhyme is one of the most powerful ways to build early language skills. Every nursery rhyme reinforces phonological awareness — the ability to hear and play with sounds — which is a key foundation for reading later on.
Singing face-to-face with your little one strengthens the bond between you, supports emotional regulation, and gives babies and toddlers a predictable, joyful routine they come to trust. The call-and-response nature of group sessions also helps children develop turn-taking and early social skills long before they can hold a proper conversation.
Add in baby signing — which reduces frustration by giving pre-verbal children a way to communicate — and a session that looks like singing and silliness is quietly doing a lot of developmental heavy lifting.
Meet your host
